S- first whif is of Apple, pear, biscuits, and spice. Nothing too crazy here. However apple and pear dominate, with the usual phenolics of the style.
A- a dark golden, in a tulip glass...average...
T-of apples and white grape juice, with biscuits and honey sweetness. Finshes sweeter than I'd like....with spice at the end.
Mf- at first the mf was awesome when the carbination was full force. Even the head was thick. Like marshmellow fluff. Not what I expected but none the less. Interesting.
O- I liked this beer. The only con was drinkability. It was a little too sweet towards the end in a honey sort of way. As it warmed up white grape juice dominated. Hops are forward too...but hard to tell where rye spice and hop bitterness begin and end. All in all it wan interesting beer...so good job with that...just faulting it because I don't want another when I'm done. Great job guys.

On tap at Beer Temple, Amsterdam.
Champagne, with a carpet of blonde head.
Funky, grassy, flowery nose.
Wheat cracker, some tart fruit, especially apricot, a big, rich, creamy yeast hit and spicy hops.
Bubble gum yeast finish and unproofed dough linger.
Creamy, more towards medium, a bit of chew.
Flips between bubble gum and rubber, in good and bad ways. There's a nice blonde in there somewhere, but it's not keen to come out. The chalkboard claimed this was a Belgian IPA, but it's more a hoppy blonde - and not even that hoppy.
Missable.

A collaboration brew with De Musketiers (Troubadour). On tap at Le Trappiste, Brugge, the owner said this was one of only five kegs available in Europe.
A: Hazy golden beer with a white head
S: smells sweet, citrusy and light hops
T: sweet and malty, some spicy yeast, a little citrusy hop-punch towards the back combined with some alcohol
M: medium bodied and a sticky mouthfeel, medium carbonation
O: too sweet for me, wouldn't have it again
