Poured from the tap into a standard pint glass. Unlike Wildman's beer, mine came like this from the tap and had no excess liquor added.
Appearance- Beer pours a very hazy orange with no traces of clarity. A finger thin head of creamy white foam quickly dies to a yin-yang pattern of white over the top. Lacing forms a thin ring around the edges of the glass.
Smell- Sharp raspberry spritzer soda with massive wheat content leaps into the nostrils. I smell tangerine in with the beer. This smells less like a raspberry wheat and more like a raspberry radler or a shandy.
Taste- Wheat content is very high along with carbonation. Tastes very much like a beer soda, almost similar to a low hopped cream ale. A twinge of banana and clove also lingers on the finish. Very fruity and I'll bet the hops aid in this flavor.
Mouthfeel- Spritzy, lightly creamy, fruity, well carbonated, a touch high in carbonation, light bodied and very effervescent.
Drinkability- Good for the ladies and the fruit beer drinkers, not good for MY repeat swilling needs.

Okay, this will be a difficult review. This beer was a light golden color, with little of it's white head present due to the way the bar serves it's beers. Sweet raspberry aroma and a nice rasberry taste. Subdued without being overpowering. Slightly tangy. They need to kill the lemon slice. Cloudy. Okay the kicker. They listed on my bill as a Helle Helle, short for wheat beer they offer. I asked them about it. They said I got the right brew, it's the same thing and they add touch of raspberry liqour. Not sure how to downgrade it for that, but last I checked, that's not how its done.
