App: decent head and retention
Smell: wheaty, slgithy lemony earthy smell.
Taste: This beer was very bad when I first got it. However, it got much better as it warmed. The tannins become less out of whack as the beer warms. The hop profile was a little strange for the wheatiness of the kolsch.
This beer is very crisp and smooth, but is nothing more than a mediocre lawn mower beer in the summer at best.
