A - Translucent light red.
S - Malty with a bit of caramel.
T - Sweet malt with some hop. Not enough going on for me in complexity and the flavours it's presenting.
M - Best part of beer. Crisp and smooth and refreshing.
O - Not great, not bad. I'll definitely look elsewhere for red ales.

Sampled back on 11/4/13. Chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler. Poured into a pilsner glass.
Murphy's Red Ale doesn't have listed the alcohol content. I am thinking in the 5.5% range. Pours a nice dark copper in color with a 1/2+ finger off-white head. Left lots of lacing with each sip. Perfect carbonation. The aroma is of malts with a hint of hops and caramel. The taste was actually better than the aroma and very easy taste on palate. One of the better red ales.
