Apperance: Decent head and retention. Nice brown color.
Smell: heavenly, apple juice type smell. never smelled that before.
Taste: Hoppy, malts are thin for a bock. it tastes awesome for a hop head like me. But bocks should have more pronounced malts. Alcohol comes out.
Mouthfeel and drinkability: Crisp for a bock. Easier to drink due to the malts being less thick. I could actually make a session out of this beer.
