Yellow color beer, almost golden. Hazy. No head. I wish there would be a head! Aroma is light in intensity. Difficult to get it. Fruity? More intense on the taste. Sugar and apple. Nothing typical of a white beer which I thought it was. Not bad, but I was expecting some coriander and bananas. Warm due to the high ABV. Medium body and easy to drink.

The more I drink, the more I like this one. The apple in the taste is granny smith apple style. Refreshing. This one during summer would be great.

Bottle: Poured a deep hazy beige color ale with a large pure white frothy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light sour apple notes and grainy wheat malt is somewhat refreshing. Taste is also dominated by apple notes with light sour notes and some grainy wheat malt which is more or less balanced with the apple juice. Body is quite full with great carbonation. Not bad overall though the mix between wheat and apple is not as interesting as I would have thought.
