An Imperial Red Ale aged on bourbon barrels with a pound per barrel of Papua New Guinea whole bean coffee added. Flavors of cold brew coffee meld with the barrel woodiness and oak vanillin to create a sensation reminiscent of tasting a coffee with cream liqueur added.

Was hoping for more of BA Red malty flavor but it was more coffeosb than I’d prefer. Not bad though.

A: Toffee/caramel sweetness from the malts, with moderate coffee with a woody presence.
A: Deep amber/ruby color with a brown hue. Light, rocky uneven head that quickly recedes into the glass.
T: Toffee/caramel malt sweetness, slightly grainy, gives way to lots of coffee, with a light chili pepper note, with a fairly woody finish.
M: Medium bodied with light carbonation, Hides its alcoholic strength well.
O: Tasty; the beer has a light bourbon quality, but with lots of coffee presence with a noticeably woody finish.

Good Ruby color with a nice light brown note both in beer and head.
Smell and taste are good. Smell has a balanced red ale and coffee note. Coffee is a bit Woody. Good sweet orange and grapefruit hop notes. Clean smell to it.
Taste is good. More hoppy than roast but same as smell
Unusual thin but medium. Light carbonation.
Awesome. Great blessing blend.

Quick Taster review . Pours a deep opaque crimson, powerful notes of coffee right off the bat. Same strong coffee notes in the flavor profile , nice subtle hop bitterness. Did not know what to expect from this but I really enjoyed it. If you're a coffee person, don't miss out on this.
