12 oz. Can
Canned: 06/08/18
Enjoy By: 10/06/18
Poured into a tulip a pretty nice clean/clear dark orangy color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango), piney. The taste is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit), nice little pine note. Medium body, ABV is hidden well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.

Can from Boise Co-op. Nothing special on the pour., normal golden hues and small foamy head. Aroma gets a bit funky, light dank notes, earthy. Taste too is about floral, soapy hops, some caramel malts floating underneath. Bitterness lingers for a bit, hint of sweetness too.

A thanks to the stupendous woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a hazy orange color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of citrus, light pine. Taste is the same as the aroma, there is a strong malt backbone, fairly mild bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

L - Bronze with 1 full finger of lace and tons of sticky lace. Classic Stone IPA appearance. Gorgeous
S - Citrus aromas, tangerine. Big malty undercurrent. Very distinct Stone IPA aroma.
T - More bitter than citrus. Nice malty backbone. Delicious.
F - Medium body and carbonation
O - It tastes like a flashback to the original Ruination days. So good, and so glad to taste the classic stone IPA again. Love this beer

For a brewery that puts out such great IPA’s, this was kind of underwhelming. Very pedestrian, middle of the road kind of IPA. Nothing memorable about this. If this was a no name brewery, I would say it was good, but coming from Stone, this is kind of a letdown.

Bronze; orange-lemon hard candy, dried pineapple + papaya; slight caramel, dank edge, then some citrus oil, pine, heat, and a bit of pear; salty with real IBUs.

Super candied nose; shame that the Mosaic doesn’t turn up. Clean + sweet - very Stone. Far from their best, though.

Pours cloudy gold color with a fluffy bright white colored head that was 2 fingers thick and packed with tiny bubbles, dissipating very slowly and leaving good foamy rings.
Smells of tangerine, orange peel, biscuit, graham cracker, lemon zest, light floral hops, more citrus and honey. A nice well balanced IPA nose that is on the sweet side in a good way.
Not as hoppy as most Stone IPA's, this had a lot of malty notes like biscuit, toasted grains, Frosted Flakes cereal and graham cracker before the citrus sweetness took over. Like the nose the taste includes tangerine, orange peel, lemon zest, light floral hops and honey, but also includes mild grapefruit, dry citrus hops, tea leaf and peppery spices. It's smooth with a light bitterness, overall a tasty and session-able IPA.
