Featured hops are Mosaic, Citra, and Cascade, among others. So hops it is, in the double IPA style that Stone does so well with the endless "Enjoy By" series.
Rather hazy appearance, dark amber color, and plenty of foam in the tulip. Aromatic with manzanita honey, , Candy sweet with flavors of dates, smokey wood, and orange peel. I think of the candied citron in fruit cakes, a citrusy but dark taste. Some acidity as you sip, and the finish is somewhat drier. Very woody aftertaste with a moderate bitterness. From the 22 oz bottle.

Has a light carmel color that has a dank hoppy smell. Citrus notes with that strong Stone brewery hops taste, that has made them famous. Great tasting DIPA.

Wish the prominent dankness from the nose was as prominent on the taste.
