Brewed with Phantasm and orange peels. Phantasm is an ingredient which is made from Sauvignon Blanc grape skin extract. Aromas of candied orange, mango and guava give way to flavors of citrus blossom honey, mango, cherry cordial, white wine and papaya.

This beer pours a nice orange/amber color with a off-white head and some lacing. It has a nice creamy mouthfeel. Aroma is mild orange/citrus and another aroma of the grape which I wouldn't have figured out if it weren't listed on the can. The taste is a little strange, but the more you sip on it the better it tastes. Rated 5-13-2023

Copenhagen 3/8 2023. 35,5 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light green can with Stone's iconic Devil head and a orange tree.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fermented and fruity odor mingling with subtle citrus fruits. Ripe mango and peach. A bit of alcohol. Lemon, orange and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with an undertone of alcohol. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent brew for my Patio.

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, head is off white and presents one finger thick, head dissipates to a solid top with some lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is bread, light toast, some fruitiness with a light grape must sense, hint of citrus and light tropicals.
Taste is sweeter malt with notes of bread and toast, light sweet fruit undertone of grape and citrus, very subtle spice and herbal quality, flavors more notable than aroma.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, stronger sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a sweeter DIPA with light herbal and grape must notes, solid bready maltiness.

Drank at Aristocrat in Indianapolis. Second pour looked completely different than the first, good flavor both times - nothing to write home about,
But still solid and made me drunk

Poured from a can. Dark golden with sediment and a large head and lacing. Smells of orange, grape and guava. Flavors of orange, grape, and grass with a strong hop presence. Good flavor, definitely sense the higher avb, solid beer

L - Hazy yellow with a white head that dissipates somewhat quickly leaving behind a good amount of lacing
S - sweet tropical fruit notes, grape musk, pine, grass, citrus, caramel malt
T - tropical fruits up front and throughout - mango, papaya - citrus, resinous hops, honey, hints of biscuit, grass, slight hints of white grape
F - medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth, creamy - maybe a little too creamy?
O - a nice DIPA

Poured out of a 12 oz. can into my tulip glass, this beer pours a fairly sedimenty, medium golden color w/ a bit of a copper hue color w/ a few streams of little bubbles continuously rise to the beer's surface. Has a very nice white head that’s an inch thick when first poured. The sediment is most likely from the grapes and the phantasm, which is made grape skin extract. Has a huge, fluffy, just slightly off-white, foam head that's well over an inch thick when first drawn and served. Has excellent retention. Head eventually settles to a thick surface coating along w/ a very thick ring lining the inside of the glass along with big cluster swirls of foam on the beer's surface and some very nice lacing. Aromas of some bready, slightly toasted malts that's followed by a pungent fruity aroma of grape, orange pee, tangerine, mango, and papaya and some herbal and floral hop notes. Flavors of some bready, slightly toasted malts that's followed by the fruit notes I referred to above along with the floral, herbal and citrus hop bitterness. The flavors are all nicely integrated. Has a crisp, also smooth, slightly frothy, medium and full body mouth feel with moderate carbonation. The flavors all linger very nicely on my palate for the aftertaste. An interesting and tasty take here on this style.
