Had on tap at the pub for the Crawfish Boil
A-pours a dark hazy orangish amber color with a pure white head.
S-the nose is light and hard to pick up, notes of raspberries up front with some piney hops in the middle and a light citric note in back.
T-raspberries up front, slightly tart, the hops take over, pine, citrus, floral and fresh cut grass clippings with a light lingering bitterness.
M-syupy but a little grainy on the tongue, medium body and well carbonated giving it a crisp bite and a prickly finish.
D-a tasty fruit style beer, a little sweet as the raspberry and citrusy hops don't seem to balance each other, would have also liked to see either more tartness of bitterness to add another dimension. still an easy drink that would be popular among the masses.
