A: Light-medium gold, a bit darker than a traditional Kolsch (as is MBBC's base beer). A white head reaches 3/4 finger, decent retention and lacing.
S: Strawberries are strong over dry malts, cracker and grains underneath. While it's not as vinous as traditional examples, it's dry enough to please. The strawberry is as strong as it should be without overpowering the subtleties.
T: Following suit, the strawberry is fresh and sweet on the palate while the malts offer countering dryness. Very nice.
F: Crisp and bright, smooth with a strong carbonation in a light-medium body. Not as light as the traditional Kolsch, but I'm expecting it not to be.
