A medium sized off white to light tan head slowly settles and I mean slowly settles into a pretty solid lacing above a thick honey golden to copper colored beer.
A sour citrus aroma consisting of a variety of the citrus fruits accented with a sweet pine sap.
A light but full citrus taste with light lemon and light grapefruit sticking out a bit.
A slightly bitter dry aftertaste with just a slight bit of the citrusy aspects lingering on with this medium bodied beer.
A surprisingly well balanced beer with some nice yet subdued hops aspects, there seems to be some malt balance but I really can't pull them out. Very well done, Dolores.
