A festbier released during the Christmas season.
Poured a short, dense, pale brown colored head that faded slowly to a ring. Aroma of roasted malt and dark sugars with a bit of rum and coke underneath. Malt flavor comes off as cocoa and cereal. Mild herbal hops compliment the malt and make for a nice finish. Body is average and low in carbonatoin. A tasty dark lager.
