Part of their new Tadpole Series--a very small batch brewed in collaboration with their brewpub manager, and poured extremely fresh--the bright, hazy yellow body has a minimal soft foamy head.

Tons of pineapple on the nose, and coconut as well--a surprising amount of both.

I get big flavors of nougat and sugar cookie on top of the extremely fresh pineapple and coconut.

This is a great beer for those that shy away from the IPA format. There is a slight hop bitterness on the back end just to provide a minor counterpart to the sweetness of this brew. The lime follows up only as a slight enhancer in the background to compliment the hops.
