1 PINT 6 FL. OZ. bottle
Served in an IPA glass
This beer pours a golden color leaning towards amber. It is topped with a couple inches of off white head that leaves some nice lacing.
It has a dank and resinous aroma, but the malt is not to be outdone. Caramel and biscuit come through to balance it through the middle leaving a pine finish.
It has some citrus right off the bat. Then a hint a slight hint of the caramel malt before the bitterness smacks my palate leaving a bitter aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel with ample carbonation
It reminds me of a typical Pacific Northwest IPA. I have friends there and this seems more like it would be in their wheelhouse than mine.

Experimental hop 07270 is showcased in this small batch IPA.
Bright yellow with a minimal head that leaves a thin, spotty mat and sticky waves of lacing.
Big fresh, sticky dank and piney hops pound the hell out of your nostrils, with a touch of vegetal aroma in the background.
The first sip is actually an extreme contrast to the aroma, with an initial sweetness, a bit like a mandarin orange. It quickly becomes bitter and exceedingly dry with super fresh resin coming in to balance it out.
This was unbelievably fresh on tap today. I can't speak to how this might stand the test of time since this was the first release, but as of now, hop heads that love the West Coast style would probably love this brew.
