This beer displays a convex, flufffy mocha souffle on top of a matte black body. The head settles to a persistent blanket.
Smell is cherry and holiday spice-like notes, like an infused syrup with cinnaman-spiked plum, vanilla and cocoa.
The cherry comes big in flavor with some chocolate milk, but it comes close to being a touch medicinal at times. There's not a lot of vanilla, which is making me like the straight Cherry Bitters BA version more.
Full-bodied froth with a dry, cocoa-like finish.
