Oily black with a tall dark tan foam settling to a thin ring and film.
Smell is sweet vanilla and brownies with charred crust, nutty roast and banana peel.
Taste starts smooth and delicious with vanilla and chocolate chip cookies, but comes down to earth with bitter cocoa and a somewhat metallic barrel that ushers in sweet cola flavors.
The body is much thinner than expected, featuring a lightly thin carbonation that finishes dry and lightly stinging.
---
This actually got much better with age, a year and some months later. Aroma is total brownie batter and taste is chocolate dipped marshmallow. It's still a little thinner than other BORIS variants have been, but there are no longer any off notes. Delicious.
