16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 6/27/2018. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, clove, peppercorn, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, clove, peppercorn, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and yeast/coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, clove, peppercorn, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a solid malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Mildly increasing warmth of 8% after the finish. Overall this is a delicious imperial witbier. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink for the ABV, with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Not overly sweet/heavy for the ABV. Great balance of Wit yeast, spices, and pale/wheat malts; with mild noble hop presence. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Slightly foggy yellow-gold with a fluffy thin blanket that dies to a ring.

Smell is herbal hops with toast, bread and pear.

Flavors of fresh, crisp toast and very mild clove are gently paired with pear, yellow apple, and floral hops.

The medium body has a fluffy carbonation and a paper dry finish.
