Cell phone mirror black with a fluffy mocha head settling to a creamy film and thick collar.
Appropriately there is more peppery spice from the barrel selected here than in other treatments, which is pairing well with the nutty chocolate wafer of BORIS. The lightly woody full frothy body has a mild whiskey sting in the semi-dry finish. The spirit warmth builds with each sip but is also quite mature with a touch of anise.
