Stark black with a tall fluffy tan foam clinging in splotches.
This has a distinct, sharp espresso note and quite a bit more booze than the Mark version, while that nutty chocolate and big full body still persists, finishing semi-dry but with a sting that brings it closer to TORIS, but not as rich. The barrel has a slight, unusual pungency to it, like aged orange peel with some cocoa, and it's a little metallic.
