Pours a translucent amber gold with a white head that sticks around for about 30 seconds. It smells like semi sour caramel yogurt with a hint of biscuity malt. The taste is a semi sweet caramel with a slightly sour finish. It goes down incredibly smoothly. Overall a very interesting but wel executed beer.

Tastes like butterscotch then a tinge of sour.

Foggy burnt yellow with a short bubbly film that dies off fairly quickly.
Smell is identical to salted caramel ice cream and taste too starts off emulating the thickly creamy, savory flavor of salted caramel up front, so much so that it fills the palate with what seems like that almost waxy, real caramel cube character as well.
This is all super weird and I don't know how to describe it. The medium-round body has a soft yet crisp fizz introducing tangy, tart lemon qualities of gose, but the overpowering note of caramel combined with that slight hint of lemon is hard to associate with anything else I've had in the culinary world. Taste being a little brighter than aroma at times brings it close to like having caramel corn with a cup of lemonade on the side, but my god man that caramel runs rampant throughout, from start, middle, finish, exhale and beyond! Despite all that insanity, the swallow is fairly semi-dry.
If there's one definitive thing I can say about this, it's that I've never had a beer that tasted anything like it, despite all the wacky pastry sours I've had by The Answer, Arkane, J. Wakefield, Angry Chair, 450 North, Mortalis, and others. This is in an entirely different direction than the work they do, with a totally unique flavor profile. But again, being so novel to my palate, I'm really not sure what to think about it either way.

If you do happen upon a can months down the line, as one of the more recent reviewers mentioned, it becomes very yogurty--Greek yogurt to be specific.
