A re-engineering of our rich and decadent B.O.R.I.S. Imperial Stout, as S'MORIS! First, both malt & hops were fine tuned to velvety perfection. But then, loads of graham crackers, toasted marshmallows, and rich chocolate were added. These create the memorable flavors and aromas of eating s'mores around the campfire (along with a great imperial stout, of course)!

16oz can from Tavour. Black pour with a one finger beige creamy head. Chocolaty aroma, notes of cinnamon, vanilla, graham. Taste is sweet, almost cloying, vanilla, chocolate. The sugary sweetness hides the ABV.

16oz can, best by AUG 17 2026. I said I needed to buy more Hoppin’ Frog, so here we go!
L: jet black body; foamy khaki head
S: graham crackers, marshmallow, vanilla, chocolate, clean Pampers diaper (?…lol)
T: very sweet with loads of graham cracker, toasted marshmallow, and chocolate; also in the mix are notes of toasty caramelized grain, roast, vanilla, lactose perhaps
F: full & creamy body, ample carbonation, sweet from start to finish as expected
O: very sweet but very good

It took me a minute to figure out where I'd had this one before. Turns out that hadn't. But man does this taste a whole heck of a lot like Southern Tier Crème Brûlée. I even got all those funky accent marks.
Maybe it's because of that one time where this place was blowing out a keg of Southern Tier for a buck a glass just to get rid of it and I had more than is advised and yadda yadda yadda I'm not so fond of that taste anymore.

A darkly brown to muddled black body with red edges builds minimal head quickly dying to a thin chain.
This is totally dominated by Swiss Miss-like mini-marshmallow flavor. Graham and milk chocolate do come in after, but it’s worth noting I’ve never seen BORIS take a backseat like this.
The medium body translates as fairly syrupy but for a mild fizz. Unsurprisingly the finish is semi-sticky.
The sweetest BORIS there ever was, though I notice this is closer to DORIS strength, which is even more baffling because she's the more bitter of the two.
