Under a fairly short tan head is a somewhat muddled 8 ball black body with reddish-brown hues around the edges.
This gives me totally different brewery vibes. It's not the tour de force of potency and hop bitterness that BORIS often is. That said, it's not my jam either, even though it does what it aims to do with a bit of a sticky sweetness amidst a vanilla frosting twang. It's also got hot cocoa characteristics within its slick body. As it warms, though, it does become very mildly prickly and roasty.
The label certainly is entertaining enough, going so far as to keep the red tab in the corner, but with a frog lol.
