8 ball black with a solid finger of tan head.
The maple starts as nice and toasty, almost smoky, while meeting a toffee brownie sweetness that nears cloying but, to my palate right now, is at a nice dessert level. Walnut even makes itself known with a roast that pairs well with the malt.
The frothy medium body exhales a vanilla warmth. Over a full session, I do start to get a little hint of the artificial flavor I sometimes got in their Evolutions project, but it doesn't seem to dominate.
