A classic Belgian Tripel — pale, dry, and refreshingly lively. This brew brings a light malt profile, fruity complexity, subtle spice, and low hop character.

Aroma is huge bananas, malts and bubblegum. The flavor is bananas/banana bread/big caramel, malts and a mix of mild/medium sweetness and spicy Belgian yeast in the finish.

Clear, golden pour; lively and aggressive carbonation; initial loose and sudsy head, dissipates to a thin, bubbly ring inside the glass. Sweet, candi sugar nose; musty with hints of wood; earthy and herbaceous spiciness. Outstanding taste; zesty spiciness and candi sugar sweetness; star anise and peppermint; thyme; a touch of phenol bitterness. Heavy body; a bit flat yet dense residual sugar feel; mostly dry sensation on the palate.
The beer lacks visual appeal with its rapidly disappearing head, but the taste makes up for this deficiency.
