A- Tons of white head. It's actually hard to pour a proper serving. Pearjuice colored and almost opaque it's so cloudy.
S- Smells just like holding a fresh grapefruit up to your nose. Not the best smelling beer but it smells so real... so, extra points.
T- Nice grapefruit taste - Not hop-grapefruit, real grapefruit. They've done good. But there's that Brasseurs du Hameau taste, a woody, kind of stale funk. I think it's their yeast. I don't mind it in a few styles but I think it brings the whole fresh zestyness down and ruins the beer a little. Not sure though, might just be me.
M- Very high carbonation. Full mouthfeel. Semi-dry. Feels good.
D- Very good. Refreshing and satisfying. That little ''Brasseurs du Hameau'' taste bothers me though.
Great job making this taste like grapefruit. Much like their lime and lemon beers. Just that little taste bothering me. Would buy it again if it was cheaper. Would try it at the brewpub.
