What a great play on words. Pommal being a mix between the words "pomme" and "pas mal" which would translate the whole sentence as "Not Bad"
A- Very light coloured. Pretty much like watered down apple-juice. Egg-white head.
S- Really smells like apple. With a nice, lightly hopped but floral base beer.
T- I wish I had a picture of my girlfriend's face when she tasted. Like she just chewed on a turd. My turn: Okay she really exaggerated. This is fine. The bit of apple taste offers a little sourness which, if it wasn't as well dosed, would probably taste like an infection or cider vinegar. But no, this is nice. You can definitely tell there's some nice fruit in here. Malt taste is as light as the colour. You can recognize the Brasseurs du Hameau taste. A bit too watery maybe.
M- Medium but aggressive carbonation. Just thin enough. Dry finish.
O- Nice amount of floral hops with real fruit flavor. Not perfect but it's drinkable. If you want a refreshing apple beer, try it!
