Purchased as a single 500mL bottle from The Blue Door for $10.50. Poured into a tulip glass.
L - Hazy deep straw, with a quick-to-settle two-finger sudsy pale white head. Little lacing.
S - Woodsy & floral. Vanilla. Nettle flower. Sweetened juniper berry.
T - Follows closely to nose. White grape must. Citron peel. Balanced, leaning sweet. Wild and dry finish.
F - Medium-bodied, with minimal carbonation. Clean. Creamy.
O - Interesting experiment, and fairly complex. If I were to give a single-word description of it, it'd be "perfume". It needs more carbonation, with a greater focus on the water used. That being said, it's delicious. It's tempting to get a keg of this stuff. Definitely worth a try, and I'll have to purchase it again.
