Spelt beer.
Amber-orange color, good foam, quite sticky and compact.
It has a quite fresh smell, with cereals, spelt for sure. Even some notes of flowers and fruitiness (maybe peach).
At the taste too, fresh and drinkable. Well balanced. Again floral and fruity notes, with a good spelt in evidence.
After some while, the smell becomes more floral than fruity.
Good and peculiar beer.
