It is made with 100% of spelt.
When we open the bottle beer gushes out. The beer presents a golden yellow color, very hazy. Into the glass you can note a lot of floating chunks. The foam is white, creamy and beautiful.
Notes present into the smell are the following ones: cereal, citrus fruit, spicy notes, camomile, something lightly tart in the back, pink grapefruit but everything very fresh
We can find the same feelings into the mouth: cereal, citrus fruit, and then again the spiciness, probably the spelt.
Notes point out light fizzy, all very fresh and pleasant, and the final feeling is very drinkable.
In the aftertaste we can reach again citrus fruit and spices with a little bit of bitterness.
