L:. Pours a dark brown purple color with no head or lacing left on the glass.
S:. Lots of caramel, a grapey acid, notes of vinegar, some cherry, a very strong sourness and a touch of crusty baked bread.
T:. Strong sour hits you upfront and coats the tongue, some tart cherry, a hint of crusty baked bread, and vinegar, the sour hides some of the other notes.
F:. Smooth and medium to large body that coats the tongue in sour. Very acidic.
O:. Be ready for very sour, this one has a lot of acid. I liked it but thought maybe the sour could be toned down a bit to allow some of the other flavors of the beer to flourish.
