Not all that familiar with winter lagers. Hue is a rich auburn brown, slight head, no lacing. Sweet, molasses-like malty aroma. Flavor is off. Metallic and tangy, not the malty treat the nose implied. Mouthfeel is overly dry. Bad bottle perhaps? Ended up being a drainpour.
