A: Rich Carmel brown color. a lot of lace left behind on the glass

S: I interpret a very pungent sour dough yeast smell.

T: I has a decent but very light taste. I seems like a very chugable beer.

M: There is a very little carbonation factor in this beer but refreshing on the way down.

Not awful, not amazing

Pours fairly light brown with a small white head, not very good retention and spotty lace.

Smell is of bready malts and light fruit. Not too bad actually.

Taste follows the nose with some green apple (slight oxidation?) and mild earthy hop on the back end. Not too bad here either, actually lends some fruity notes other than apple. Punchy lagered yeast.

Mouthfeel is a bit slick and doesnt beckon me to drink more.

Slightly above average overall. A decent beer to have on hand, and I am pretty sure this one has got the axe and perhaps this is the end of Knights Head?

Golden orange color, very thin with little head retention. Although not a lager expert, in my opinion this is a very good session beer (or crossover beer, if you will).

Malty aroma and flavor, not much as far as hops are concerned. A sweet tasting light lager that I would recommend for a session beer.

Not sure what the ABV is on any of their beers, I emailed the brewery to find out, will post if they reply.

12 oz bottle from a mixed case.

A: Clear, golden orange color, with a nice 3 finger head. Lacing and retention were minimal.

S: Not a lot. Some bread, little malt and grain.

T: Slightly bready, very mild hop flavor. Somewhat weak but not bad.

M: Good carbonation zing, thin.

D: Not a great beer but not that bad. Easy to quaff in a session. I'd get this again if the price is right.

Seems to be a relabel of Steg's Summer Stock Lager

Appearance is clear golden with a finger's worth of white head that settles quickly. Minor lacing.

Aroma is of mostly malts, grain, a slight backing of lemony hops.

Taste is malt, with just the tiniest zing of hops at the end. The taste is very watered down and weak, though - quite unimpressive.

Lighter body, lightly carbonated, a little watery.

Not the most drinkable brew - not bad, but after one or two you want something with more flavor. I suppose it might not be bad for a summer picnic brew where you're looking to take something inoffensive for everyone.
