THe Mash house features a fruit beer of the week with either the Blonde Ale or the Hefeweizen as the base beer. The Peach Hefeweizen is tasty and refeshing as a summer beer, but loses all the hefeweizen characteristics. pours a hazy peach color with very little head and minimal lacing. The smell is primarily peach syrup and malts. Taste is definitely a malty beer but with peach syrup as a major ingredient. Nicely blended. The peach syrup is not too sweet
Mouthfeel is rich and smooth. Overall a tasty summer drink, just not the cloves, bananas, bubblegum etc that a hefe fani is used to.

a: looks like the standard hefe...very cloudy, bright orange-golden with a light white head
s: wheat base with lighter "hefe" aromas (clove, yeast) and a prevalent peach presence...doesn't come across as too artificial or syrupy
m: medium in body with lively carbonation, could be a touch smoother in carbonation
t: practically the same description as the aroma...a solid hefe base with a big dose of peach
d: glad i only had a small sample of this one, but it would make maybe a decent dessert beer for a summer evening
