Poured chestnut with flecks of black & 1/2" of tan head. Above average head retention & lacing
S: Clove & bubble gum notes with hints of German brown bread & peppery rye
T: Bubble gum cloves & a little chocolate up front. Fruittyness follows as this warms with a little pumpernickle & phenolic notes. Finishes with more spice & yeasty fruittyness
MF: Medium bodied with low carbonation
Drank good, I prefer my weizens to skew malty versus yeasty, but if you like that sort of thing, you're golden with this one
