An easy drinking reddish amber ale. Based on the Irish Ales of County Cork with authentic imported ingredients. It is a malt focused beer with an initial sweetness and a roasted dry finish. Hops are not accentuated in this classic Irish version, but provide a tasty balance. A real pleasure to quaff. Sláinte! (Cheers!)
