From the giant flight of tasters. Hazy copper with bone head. Herbal and citrus hop aroma. Decent malt sweetness then citrus peel bitterness. Medium body and carbonation, slightly resinous texture, and a dry finish.

Standard ipa. Decent head lacing. Good nose of slight hop and malt.
Solid mouthfeel wish there was more hop on the nose and a little more fruit/hop presence linger I overall appreciate the effort. I would compare to an avery Ipa

Draft from the cask at the brewpub poured into 16oz English pint glass. Pours a hazy brownish gold. Being from the cask, it forms a nice, creamy, off white head. The nose was lighter than I was expecting for the style, but there are notes of pine and citrus, particularly orange. Low carbonation with a medium and very creamy mouthfeel. The hops are lighter than I expected. Floral, perfume, and light malt on the palate. Malty and watered down. A medium finish with some lingering bitterness from the hops. Great lacing all the way down the glass however.

A - Slightly hazy orange with tiny white head that leaves little lacing.
S - Sweet grapefruit and other citrus notes with a very nice floral hop bouquet. A bit thin in the smell overall compared to others, but nice.
T&M - Very pronounced citrus notes with moderately hoppy body. Flavorful hops that are smooth and just a little biting, not too bitter. Slight alcohol coming through.
D - A very good-tasting and sessionable IPA. Not overly hopped but the hop flavors are great and smooth.

On-tap into pint glass.
Slightly hazy amber hue with a thin light tan head. The aroma is a bit of aromatic herbal hops, with just a little bit of spicy, citrusy, sharpness in the nose. Like the aroma, the hops have a very herbal flavor, and a bit of sharpness, with the standard grapefruit-like flavors. The difference from other top-notch IPAs is the fact that the hop flavor is on the lighter side. In both the aroma and flavor the malts add a bit of a toasty grain background. Medium bodied. The finish is somewhat clean with a little bit of lingering hop flavor.
This is a beer that left me unimpressed, which is rare at this brewpub. It seemed a little bland for the style. However, the flatbread pizza was amazing!
