Sampled 10/9/2010 at the brewpub. No idea exactly what this is supposed to be. It was brought to me by the bartender from an unmaked tap after he saw me taking notes. Said it was some kind of experiment.
Pours pink/red, clear, some white head, no lacing or retention.
Aroma is Marashino cherry and hints of booze, nothing else really.
Flavor is again Marashino cherry, CO2, a touch of malt, a little booze, low bitterness. Is this really beer? I'm told it is.
Body is light. If you like sugar, or need to treat hypoglycemia, this is drinkable, otherwise, no.
Tick.
