A: Pale straw color. Poured a thin white head that dissipated to a few random bubbles. Decanted lightly. No lacing.
S: Pale malt and Brett yeast; a pleasant funk. Very straightforward without being over the top.
T: Very consistent with the nose. Very smooth and mild despite the carbonation which made it a little fizzy. Sweet lingers through mild pepper in the finish.
M: Light body. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and mild without being overdone (some of these can be very funky).
D: Really easy to drink. The beer doesn't weigh on the palate as some do and ABV is reasonble.
