Appearance: Pours an exceptionally cloudy, turbid, gold body with a small, fizzy, white head.
Smell: Pale malts and a vague wheat cracker character. Mild juniper note in the slightly yeasty scent.
Taste: Pale malts with a slight sugary sweetness. Again, I can't shake that tangy wheaty taste. Fruity, with delicate tastes of peach and apple juices. Hint of juniper. Light citrus hops with a restrained bitterness. Crispy, floral finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: It's alright.

A local brew from Chattanooga and not listed on BA until now.
22oz bottle poured into a pilsner glass.
A - Clear golden color with a nice white head that fades, but leaves a layer of foam and sheets the glass.
S - Biscuits and fruitiness. Citrus and a yeast note picked up.
T - Nice juniper berry up front with a solid malt backbone. It compliments the hops bitterness. Well balanced and crisp finish. Mild twangy aftertaste...
M - Medium to light body and nice carbonation.
D - Actually fairly high. I'm not normally a fan of fruit/veg brews, but this one is far from overpowering.
