Copenhagen 11/3 2021. 33 cl bottle from Brygshoppen web-shop. Pergament-like label with a coat of arms with a red shield with an Ostrich, a knights helmet and a red star.
Pours murky maroon with a small off-white head. Settles as 0,3 m thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong, sweet, wooden, boozy odor. Dark fermented fruit. Plums and raisins. Bread and caramel. Barrel-smell of dark alcohol. Sweet rum In abundance.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense. Strong sweetness followed by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter-sour with a sweet, boozy undertone. Finish is dry and sour.
Not much Saison vibe left after spending 5 years in a boozy cask.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Queen's Quest 4 y a God of War Chains of Olympus. De saison ni la sensia. Un brebaje alcohólicamente difícil de beber que no tiene nada que compense tanto exceso de alcohol. Más que una birra parece un cubata, de los malos. Sin espuma apenas

Bottle from Etre.
Hazy dark amber in color with a thin off white head that quickly dissipates. Earthy and hints of vanilla with bits of tea and a whole lot of alcohol notes. Not much saison left in this mostly just barrel notes.
