Tropical paradise in a bottle. Get your mouth ready for the perfect balance of mango sweetness and refreshing wheat flavor. Clean and crisp on the tongue, fill your vessel with this laid-back sipper and set sail for the Isle of WHANGO. It was brewed to overwhelm but never overpower. Welcome to the jungle, baby.

Meh it just tastes too artificial for me to really enjoy I got more mango flavor out of bells Oberon version. Neither fruity or tart this one will simply be drank by folks who can't find a better beer. Pass!

Pours hazy orange. Nice mouth feel. Good summer beer. Mango comes through.

Not a bad brew. Strong with mango tart flavor with a similar aftertaste. Definitely a good flavorful brew to enjoy on a warm summer afternoon.

Misty, lemony straw blonde. Yeasty, slightly tart aroma. Clean, lightly sweet, pastry flavor. Not very bitter, witty, clear tasting though. This one had many fruit flavors coming out on it with a very bitter sweet finish to it.

Had Whango at the Ann Arbor Summer Festival, Michigan, on draft into plastic beer cup.
Pours deep hazy gold, with minimal near-white head, leaving little lace. Nice melon aroma. Begins with round, full melon, from the added mango, balanced with some wheat spice and hop bite.
An effort at balancing the added mango fruit with wheat spice and hop bite, but still a little too juicy for me. Nice on an Ann Arbor summer evening.

Strong smell of mango, taste is pretty fruity but not overly sweet. Finds a good balance and has nice flavor that doesn't overwhelm.

Whango mango wheat fruit ale, Atwater Brewery 4.9%(from website) IBU's 14
So, I was out at the bar and I wanted something lighter to end the night with, so I decided to try this one. It wasn't really that great, but it wasn't horrible. If you don't like fruity beers this one is not for you. There are wheat ales that are way better than this one.
Look: Slighty cloudy yellow, white pillowy head, no lacing
Smell: fruity mango, more on the fruit loops side of mango
Taste: It is fruity mango and like the smell just kind of artificial maybe fruit loops taste, dry on the end with some grassy hops note.
Feel: light, sparkly
Overall: They tried to be artsty fartsty with the label, it looks kind of stupid. I am not sure about Atwater. I have had another beer by them and I didn't like it. This one is fruity, but it's one of those crystal wheat ales maybe? It just has some slight haze to it and doesn't feel like the real deal. It seems to light for a good wheat ale, thumbs down.
