Appearance: Pours a lightly hazy, burnished gold body with a very thin ring of white bubbles.
Smell: Lightly sweet-smelling malt aroma with the obligatory scent of bananas. Notes of spice and flowers.
Taste: Sweet maltiness with some cereal hints. Soft floral overtone. A little bit of spice, a little bit of bitterness. Bittersweet finish. As it warms, the alcohol becomes a bit more pronounced.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a relatively mild carbonation which helps the slightly sticky mouthfeel stand out a bit more.
Drinkability: It's alright, but I dare say there are better beers to be had at 5 Seasons North.
