Appearance: Lightly hazy, caramel-copper body with a medium-sized, white head.
Smell: Aroma of wildflower honey, light caramel, and leafy hops.
Taste: Delicate caramel, honey maltiness. There's a light sweetness, but this dries out fairly quickly. Light leafy hop character with an equally light bitterness. Slight fruitiness awakens upon warming. Creamy finish with a lingering honey taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Mild, soft carbonation.
Drinkability: Here's to a lovely, fine ale that's touched the lives of countless people.
