Appearance: Rustic, well-hazed amber-hued body with a small ivory head and minor lacing on the way down.
Smell: Flying B is slight sweetish in the nose of caramel flecked breadiness rounding out notes of earthy spices, bubble gum, and banana.
Taste: Deeply bready malts, some sweetish dark caramel and a fair helping of free-trade banana puree. Hint of coriander. A little fig fruitiness. Medium bitterness. Earthy coriander begins to grow, begins to take over until the drying, still a bit earthy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: I liked it well enough.
