Got this gifted from a friend that works for the brewery/distillery.
Expiry date 04.04.2021.
Served in my trusty "Seef" Tumbler.
I love the old Boscoulis, never had any of these new flavours though.
When I opened the bottle, a very sweet siropy sent of peaches invaded my nostrils.
Large head developed, but the slowly deminishes, leaving some nice lacing.
Colour is a clear copper orange with decent carbonation.
Odour is even more artificial. Chemical peaches and sugar all the way.
Flavour is just as dissapointing: Sweet, sweet artificial peaches with some caramel malts.
Aftertaste is the same, but oxidized and a bit acetic.
Body is creamy at first, but goes flat afterwards and hardly any carbonation present.
For a premium traditional family brewer, this is sad and I'm a sad panda.

A: Yellow color, a big white crispy head that dissipates slowly and leaves a lot of traces on the glass, mostly small bubbles formed it and the carbonation is rich forming a think layer on top, good looking but average color.
S: Smell and flavor are very connected and have a clear base of peach, the fruit is very clear.
T: As with smell the base is peach and then the backbone of malts, hops are almost not present.
M: Manly sweet due to the fruit, but sensation is not exuberant as could be.
