A – Pours a Hazy dark Copper colour with a tight beige head that lasts a laces
S – Candied sugar and aniseed aromas, not at all unpleasant
T – Plenty of spice up front with a slightly sweet candied sugar finish
M – Light to medium body with medium carbonation
O – A great beer in its own right even though it may not follow the Belgian brewery order for this style
