A dry, complex, somewhat tart farmhouse ale brewed with locally forged Japanese knotweed.

One finger head. It settles to a thin layer of minute bubbles. Some streaky ring lace. Very cloudy, giving the liquid a white tone to the dirty gold color.
Earthy with a heavy coriander nose. Bitingly sour.
Light start both to the taste and to the body, the latter being doubly affected by the high effervescence. The swallow, though, is powerfully sour with a light lactose overtone. Short aftertaste but I detect a bit hop bitterness.
