From a growler:
Crisp, golden apple appearance, short but long-lived layer of foam floats on top.
A sweet and mellow symphony in the nose, at first sharply citric, then roundly fruity, lemon, orange, apple, grape, a bit of must in the center, straw, hey, then the spices kick in, coriander, cardamom?, a whisper of bitterness...very nice. Subtle, spohisticated, urger the imbiber on, to taste, or so I do...
crisp and hoppy, but tames down and becomes smoothness itself. Nice malty cushion, plush with fruit and spice all throughout the flavor. Brisk and refreshing with continual rewards through every succeeding sip. Makes me wish it were hotter out, the better to appreciate it's light body, yet subtle and refreshing taste.
